Healthy food, gentle staff, fine beds. I enjoyed double room I booked, it was common. It had things I needed, including coffee and television. Brilliant location, at a short distance from Elizabethan House. Thank you, I had very delightful stay.
-
Smallish hotel, we loved this place.
Cool enough and neat rooms, convenient decor, fabulous staff.
-
The reception was wonderful and fairly clean. Satisfactory breakfast with plenty of options. The staff was consistently courteous which made me feel welcome. Had cold drinks in the lounge bar.
-
Always impeccably clean place with restful staff and acceptable location. I thoroughly enjoyed an elegant decor and antique furniture. Welcoming reception.
There were uncomfortable beds.

Stayed here before, loved staff and location. Worth its 3 stars.
Communication was challenging, wi-fi was very poor.
-
We liked location and facilities, it had all the essentials needed for our weekend. Gorgeous building, spotless and grand bedroom.
-
I loved the professional stuff and the perfect food. The staff did all they can for a good stay.
-
Good location, in short distance to the city center. Adequate parking and the hotel was very clean
-
Staff and breakfast made the stay great. Extremely comfortable bed. Public parking nearby was provided.
-
The hotel building is historic. The superior room was ideal for our weekend. Bar staff very appreciated. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Steve's Brasserie that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Nothing too much trouble, we would stay here again when in Plymouth.
-
Great location, near the city centre and the building was so tidy
-
It was very nice. Friendly staff. Good location also because we arrived late by ferry from France and didn't have to go far. Parking was available. Everything is great

Room in an old style
far walk to the city centre
-
The location and the breakfast.
The bathroom, just the equipment with the 2 taps and the small washbasin is not up to standard.
-
The location to the centre was ideal, breakfast was overpriced from our point of view and we found cheap alternatives in the immediate vicinity.
The bed was laid out, the complaint was accepted and immediately reimbursed.
